sunday

Church started at 11:00.

Fist church in over 3 years. I wasn't quite sure what was in store, but I was surprised that I hardly recognized anyone. 1st was sacrament meeting. It was fast sunday, so people got up and bore their testimonies. I recognized one person. Janice's mom!

I was looking through my scriptures and found so many old pictures of friends, letters from friends, and my sunday school teachers. After sacrament was sunday school. Steve introduced me to the crowd, and there I recognized some people. some of them even came up to me and said hi. It had been 14years since the time I was here and people still remembered me. that was so very nice. In relief society, I introduced myself to the crowd, and Becki's friend Antoinette gave the lesson. I remember tagging along with Becki when she went and hung out with her friends, and Antoinette still looked exactly the same. that was at least 16 years ago.

After church, I HAD to have a nap, so did that for a while, and then the Hadley kids started showing up. It was a nice big dinner. Anne, Steve, Heidi, Todd, Ben, Caitlin, Jake, Eli, Julie, Chris, Megan, Nicholas, Lauren, Becki, Gary, Justin, Lindsey, Carson, Hadlee and me. 20 people......wow

Before Dinner, Susan came over and we had a little visit. It was so nice to see her because I didn't get to see her either last time! She was sick, so Yushi and I couldn't visit with her. She said she was making little Godzilla a baby towel. I am excited about that :)
